Basically I am looking for a hit list on things I need to rebuild my front suspension.

I am 6'3" 215lbs riding on an 04' VFR with 21,000 miles as of today, The front end has never been touched.

It handles worse than my 05' Kingpin.. Handling has degraded over the last year and my front tire cups before the rear tire get a flat spot (FLA does not have many curves) I do ride this about every day to/from work 70+ mile trip.

any help would be appreciated

Thank you.

Change the springs according to your weight.and change the fork oil at least once a year.

Chances are that you may also need bushings.  If you're tearing down at 21k miles it's up to you if you replace the seals as well.  After all is said and done, get the sag and damping set up for YOU.  There are many how-to's on the 'net on how to do this, probably one on this forum somewhere.

Springs for your weight, gold valves, new oil. You can send your forks to Racetech and they'll take care of you.

You might also look at Daugherty Motor Sports . com as another option for Mail in suspension work. It is where my stuff is going as soon as funds permit.
Jamie is a class act. and a contributor to this forum.  (Sorry if this is not acceptible and considered advertisment it was for information purposes and to be honest.. fact!!)
Good Luck with it!!!

At your weight I would start with .95kg front springs and a 21-22kg rear spring for your weight, then replace the seals, bushings and oil in the forks. If you only change one end the bikes balance and handling will be off, but if you only commute on it you might not ever notice it.
