Is the O2 eliminator kit required for a Power Commander install on a 2008? Thank you.

They're required for pretty much any add-on fuel controller, and definitely for the PC3.

Thanks. I wasn't clear on that because the PCV includes them, where as the PCIII does not. Plus, I didn't have to deal with them when I installed a PCIII on my Ninja 650.

I don't know if your Ninja had O2's or not so I could say what that's about.

What's going to happen if you don't is the factory ECU is going to fight the enrichment the PC3 is trying to add. As for the terminators, just buy 330 ohm resistors from somewhere like Radio Shack, install them into the plugs, and tape it all up nice and clean. A whole lot cheaper and they're the same thing electrically.

Why PCIII? PCV would be a much better, given it's an '08, and the cost is about the same.
