TT winning RC30

Another bonus living in the world venue that is the Isle of man, was today i popped over to my local park, to find this 1992 TT Senior winning Honda Britain RC30
Nick Jefferies was running his bike on our local race circuit for a few laps. Sounded and ran really well for a nearly 20 yr old race bike.
The Manx Grand Prix will be over at the end of this week. Practice week has been surreal.
High res. shots.. obv. ive been highly selective as to which bikes to get shots of. There are so many classics to modern here at the moment.
Of course the VFR has got to be my fave...

This second RC30 was one of the last RC30's from 1992 out of the Honda Britain workshops. winning with a 116mph average best lap..
Altho as you can read also of good pedigree, its lacks the odd touch from the Nick Jefferys full Works Castrol Honda RC30 TT lap average 117mph ...

Are the races on the telly somewhere, ITV4 maybe?


In a couple of weeks there is the Centennial TT at Assen with lots of classic championship bikes and riders (Agostini, Anelli, Chili, Sarron, Hartog, Spencer etc..)

NIck jefferies was in the same leathers yesterday also! lol

I was just looking for youtube vids of RC30's and this was the first video that showed up. Not very good quality but the speed and how close they were racing was making my heart pound like i was riding it. The video ended way too soon.

If you look out for the Isle of man TT 2010 on Duke, this year filmed in hi definition.
Things have got so much better its seriously up to date!
Not much VFR action unfortunately...

Oh yea i was watching all the videos and the slow motion and the course record runs are absolutely crazy. But I love those older bikes and the sound of the RC30 cant be beat.

Them V4's have a sound of their own....
