Saw this thread and decided to install one of these analog voltmeters. Not much of a wiring guy though - can someone describe exactly how and where you wire this thing up to?

you take the meter and wire it pos/neg to the battery. you need a relay in the positive line and control the relay off of a switchable supply....what these means is tie it to the rear taillight as example as it is only on when the bike is on.
you need the relay to cut the meter off when your bike is not running.
search the forum as there are several threads on "how to" do this.
