I made the kids change their oil and winterize their dirt bikes then moved them back to the farm where they belong. On the return, I brought back the F3 track bike for some maintenance.
When I opened the stall door, I saw a mouse scamper by. It pissed me off since I don't want those little buggers making a nest in any of the the air boxes.
Hate moles - everytime it rains in the summer I have to scoop one or two carcases out of my swimming pool. I guess they come up for air and wander blindly into it....
They also cause my Bassett to dig holes in the yard because he can smell 'em with his elongated snozz and starts digging to look for them. Good Kill!!

i wouldn't mind, but the thing only cost �5 for another.......
I've got critter problems of the rodent variety, too. Since the middle of September I have terminated 36 of them. 4 Chipmunks, 6 moles, and 26 mice. I know I'm not done yet because I just heard them again two nights ago scampering in the attic at about 3:00am. I am at war.

The only thing better than a Victor mouse trap is.....two Victor mouse traps. Keep them out with peanut butter on them and you will win the war. :goofy:

During the height of the battle last month I actually had 12 traps set in strategic locations at one time. The most I nabbed in one day was 6. Several funny stories emerge as well. One trap had a mouse tail in it, but no mouse. Two of my traps up and walked away...still haven't fount them. Of the 36 critters eliminated, 6 were caught inside. The others were all outside along the foundation where I think they are getting in. It's been about 10 days since I caught the last one so things are definitely slowing down. As for cats...been there, done that, not going back. Besides, where's the fun in that?

I was thinking 1 mouse and you had an entire colony.
One time i was going to open a door on my tool box and a mouse was in there and ran circles at 200 mph, and i could not find him. So i set a trap behind my tool box. So a week later I'm out in the garage working at my bench listening to the radio, and I keep hearing occasional squealing, when the radio goes to a high pitch.
I was looking around for what is that, finally it dawned on me to look at that trap. He was stuck on the glue trap squealing. My crossman BB gun killed him dead.

I do NOT own a gun, in case you were wondering, otherwise I'd have shot him a long time ago...

If you live in the city call animal control and they'll come out and trap it. You could also buy a live trap at your local farm supply and then relocate it to someone else's house. :491:

One of those rodent limb traps and a bat should work nicely for you.
