- Hog Tie '15 Photos gloryracing dutchinterceptor That stinky inline four does make some noise. It is a noise that attracts the law as well! Nice Video! At least my bike isn't black like some other scofflaws we know.

- 06 Electrical Issue I'd just replace the toasted part.
- Just Thinking Out Of The Box I can't say for the 2000 model but 6th gen plastics will bolt up quite easily to a '98 with the exception of the tail of course. The 6th gen upper and stay will bolt right up and the lowers only require a couple bracket…
- 06 Electrical Issue Yep, I'd get a new battery and not mess with that one. As Cogswell mentioned Tightwad should have the supplies you need. Once the damage is repaired and have a fresh battery you'll need to test your stator and regulator.
- 06 Electrical Issue Unfortunately, 06's are not immune. Pull the red cap and black boot off of your starter relay just to the left of the burnt wire and see if it's toasted. I would also suspect the R/R connector may be fried. It's behind…

- Lets Talk Hats For the last five years I've been wearing a generic black boonie that I bought at my local army-navy store for $10. Nothing special but it works.
- 4Th Annual Hog Tie - Sep 25-27 hondalover I think I might just try to get down for this one. I haven't been on a ride longer than 100 miles in a few years. I think it's about time to change that. :cheerleader:
- 4Th Annual Hog Tie - Sep 25-27 Welcome back Jon! As luck would have it, I don't have anything scheduled that weekend but it's unknown as to whether I'll have a bike to ride by then. Put me down as a sorta strong maybe assuming everything possibly…
- Dunlop Sportmax Q3 I ran across a few threads about it. Here's a lengthy one on ZX6R . Seems like Dunlop is replacing them. I have a hard time living with it with only a couple hundred easy miles on it. I roasted my previous set on the…
- Dunlop Sportmax Q3 So I had my new track toy out this past weekend and my buddy points out a big gash in my Q3 rear tire. Thinking that he was messin' with me I blew it off at first but then realized it went nearly the full width of the…
- Seat Latch Broken? (6Th Gen) Dutch, how do you secure the seat on your track VFR without the cable? Glad you sorted it out!! :fing02: The seat will latch as normal but when I need to remove it, I just pull on that bolt I am pointing too to release…
- Seat Latch Broken? (6Th Gen) Not sure it'll help any but here are some pics of the underside of the latch and key lock. Based on my bike (which is stripped for the track) it looks like you should be able to pull your left grab handle or cover off…

- Do Any Clip-Ons Fit A 6Th Gen? I'd be interested to know your results as I'm looking to lower my bars without chopping up the plastics. I've been considering Apex Adjustable Clip-ons since they offer the perfect height or angle but they're a bit…
- Oil Change Interval...8K? The manual says... The service intervals in this Maintenance Schedule are based on average riding conditions. Some items will need more frequent service if you ride in unusually wet or dusty areas or at full throttle.
- Winter Sunglasses I've been a huge fan of Rudy Project. My wife and I have purchased several. They aren't cheap but a pair can last a few years of everyday use with a bit of care. All parts are replaceable. As long as the frames are…

- 2007 Vfr800 Rwb Dead At Key Turn! badelman dutchinterceptor The first red and small connector look good. The second(melted) connector is most likely causing your starter relay to melt also.(R/R and/or Stator are most likely the actual cause) The third…
- Solomoto Honda Vfr Sale. Ah that figures they've got Sato rearsets on sale and available. A month ago they were out of stock and full price so I ordered direct. Might have to snag some frame sliders though. Thanks for the heads up!
- Any interest in sharing oil testing data? So I've been intending to have an oil analysis done at least two bikes ago but my laziness seems to win over. This year, I turned my current VFR into a dedicated track bike and figured I might as well send in a sample.…
