Beware that VFR 800 calipers front and rear, all years, use different sized pistons, so you would have to calculate your own total surface area independently, say of you were planning on de-linking the brakes. .

RC51 uses 2 different size front pistons all years and early years are larger sizes than later years.

Grabbed this from RC51forums.com when I saw the specs:

It is important to note that if you are fitting SP1 calipers, they will need to be installed with their corresponding carrier (mount)... and vice versa for SP2.
This is due to offset the different sized pistons.
