Well, i hope this is the right place for this as I could not really find anywhere exactly on point. (Some pics have VFR's in them). Last night Amy and I tied the knot. At 5:30 PM EST on 12/29/2010, we got married. She is my best friend and confidant of many years. We had a private immediate family only ceremony and will have a party to celebrate with our friends and extended families when the weather is warm and an outdoor party possible so VFR's may be ridden to the shindig. Those who were at the 2010 Catskill Ride know her. I am doing the happy dance and have been for nearly a year now. We were going to do this in 2011 but our tax accountant suggested, "Why wait till 2011? You can save a small fortune in taxes if you get married before the end of the year!" So here we are.

So we will try and fit our celebration party in where it won't conflict with too many other events.

I have to say that this smells a little like a shotgun wedding, small family only gathering, done on the quick, just before before new years...

....are you sure you aren't expecting a new VFR in the next 6-8 months? :goofy:

Congrats to you both!
