gently tap it out with hammer and punch.. file down and marks made by the punch... clean it off with scotch bright .. grease the hell out of it as well as all the rubber boots.. reinstall. :fing02:
Yeah, pretty much you just need to use whatever means necessary to get it out. If it's damaged too badly in the process you'll want/need to replace it, otherwise you can clean it up and reuse it.
Spray it with PB Blaster and let it set for a bit.

You need to put the straw of the spray can inside of the boot to get some penetrant in there. Let it get to the pins and work it loose.
Try to use a punch that is as close to the same size of the pin as possible(but smaller)

Apply heat to aluminum caliper to expand the hole... a light tap is what you use... any time you use extreme pressure on motorcycles parts things start to deform...
