LED Mirrors

I'm interested in getting some LED mirrors for my 2007. I was wondering if anyone has these and what they think. If not--what are you using? Thanks

A friend put them on his Fireblade. Look cheap to me and he said he could see less with them than the stock.

I have found that most aftermarket mirrors look kinda cheap unless you spend a mint on them. Most are generally smaller as most people hate the big dumbo ears. I personally like being able to see out my mirrors so stock is good for me too. Has your friend with the Fireblade had them on for a while to test real world functionality (especially of the lighting part) durability, etc??

I have a similar set on my Daytona, came form Tucker Rocky I think, paid $100 for a set ($80 more than my last ElCheapo set) and they are better made than the $20 mirrors. I also like the looks and don't have to find a place for blinkers.
Visibility is not bad but Napoleon BAREN on my SuMo is the best I ever had, at the same time some of the factory mirrors on my bikes are worthless (748)

i bought those mirrors 2 years back they shake like crazy because they don't have steel stalks ,my advice you make sure the stalks are metal and sturdy the stability of the mirror is dependant on this so make sure that is included in the design ,thats my 2cents hope this helps.

here's ones I have, black top left corner, they thread in to controls, metal shafts, no shaking.
My Daytona did not have threaded holes but the control caps from Speed 4 have them and bolted right on.

Those look like the ones I installed. I could not get them to tighten up enough. The wind alone was enough to make the mirrors move as I rode. I could not keep them in adjustment and ended up with a set of EMGO stock replacement mirrors.

He tried and tried to be happy with them. He really liked the look. Eventually sold the bike with the mirrors on them.

Well, thanks for the replies guys. I'd like to get a set of mirrors with the blinkers in them, but I don't want something that will wind up being crap! If anyone out there has any good suggestions, I'll keep looking. I wonder how hard they are to wire up to the blinkers???

Darth bling mirrors? Or GSX-R with adaptor plates.
