Question on O2 sensors?

Has anyone actually removed the O2 sensors on your 6th gen and just plugged the holes? If so what size bolt or stud is it. I have the PCIII with the O2 eliminators and was thinking that they are just sitting in there doing nothing but collecting carbon, why not pull them out. Maybe this will make them last longer.
Thanks.

Not running fuel management on my VFR, but on my CBR1000RR & my 1198 I am running the full Bazzaz setup. (Bazzaz includes the 02 eliminators & Bung plugs) When I am not running the autotune (Z-AFM) on a bike I have a plug in the bung. My 02 sensors are sitting in the box with all of my other "factory" stuff that has been removed.

your choice.

unless you are planning to sell them (not sure they are really worth anything) it is just a matter of how tough it is for you to remove them and if you have the bung plugs.

Cheers
