Shift lawsuit

My buddy told me that Shift lost a lawsuit with a company called swift and has to liquidate their gear. Not sure if it's true but there may be some good deals out there.
I haven't had a chance to look into it yet, I've been out riding!

It appears that everything on their site is on sale

It doesn't say anything about a lawsuit, but this site here is reporting that Shift will be closing it's Street lineup only, effective immediately.

I bought the Triton SS jacket shown on the bottom of the jacket page for the same price from another site a couple of months ago. I agree, I just think they are having a sale.
