anyone ever punch out ot drill out the baffle on a 86 vfr mufflers .? we used to do that to every hd sporty we had ..anyway trying to get some exh note instead of the vacume cleaner sound..i could hole saw the baffle down in the muffler ..has anyone ever done this> and if so what did it sound like ..i just installed a stock set of them on my vfr and man do they get hot..u sure wouldnt want to get ur bare leg on one after riding ..i had the cobra F1R race slipons on it when i got it and it was tooooo loud but they run cool not restrictions..wondered why the vynly stickers never melted off..gregg in ohio

I'm still searching for the same topic for my 4th gen. I had the aluminum Two Bros can but I didn't like the sound. I'm looking at a Delkevic 14" carbon slip on as an option too.
