When I bought my bike it came with after market mirrors which hit the fender every time you turned it all the way so I made these extension.

Inventive, but less than elegant IMO. Some paint would help I suppose.

I found that OEM Suzuki mirrors off a GS550 I think, 1980's vintage fit fine on my '83 VF750.

IIRC, they looked like this:

I havent painted them yet but I plan to.

I cleaned up the edges and painted them, and got new mirrors.
