Fork Info Charts

Does anybody know of a good fork length chart? I've been searching for days, and I've found just about everything BUT a full fork length chart

Thats all the research I've been doing this morning, I have found a number of GREAT sites, but not the one thing I've been looking for. I don't want to totally rely on the Ohlins replacement for lengths, because I don't know if they change the fork length for better performance, and that list isn't all that complete anyways! so is there ANYONE at all, who knows of a good list of USD fork lengths?

I am trying to get together some fork legs to do a swap on my new 5th generation, I have a little machine shop in my basement, so my only concern is finding nice fork legs, everything else I can modify/make to fit the bike.

I have some in print at home, one came from the GSXR forms and shows all numbers for about a dozen sport bike forks.

I have a decent spreadsheet going at home. However, a lot of it came from the Internet so I've been verifying & updating the numbers as needed, as I come across them.

Take everything you see with a grain of salt unless you really trust the source. I'll try to remember to post the sheet here later.

Those are great resources for front end projects......What about adding in a (link?) chart for proper rear shock eye to eye legnths for all the VFR generaions?

That would be awesome if you two could post those up! I have been trying to find a nice USD fork with Radial Calipers of the right length for a couple days with absolutely no luck at all, I know that the R1 is a pretty common swap, but based on looking at the numbers, it looks like it would be wayyyyy short! not that I would know from experience what too short is, just trying to stay in the same ballpark as the stock 5th generation.

I read somewhere on this forum about the 5th generation forks being a little weak and can cause a terrible wobble in a hard turn, so I was really hoping to get info on some of the larger diameter forks, such as the 2003 ZX-6r forks, 2003 Yamaha R6 forks?

I wouldn't know where to begin with that, but I'm sure if it's a common thing to look up, members would appreciate it! just start googling!

So I just realized that all of the fork diameters on the first chart/link I posted, are on bikes 2004 or older, nothing newer, which really limits my options for finding USD forks with radial calipers, that would also be great information if anyone has it!
