Quick airbox question

In the middle of doing the pair blockoff, putting airbox back on i noticed the piece circled was broken off in its vacuum hose. I super glued it back on and it seems like it should hold together but I want to know what its for in case it causes problems down the road.

It is located on the front right of the lower half of the airbox.

Does it go to the aux flap on the air box intake ? if so just bypass the valve and hook the hoses together and the only change will be the aux flapper door will stay open all the time.

yeah its to the flapper i guess i could have figured that out myself just by looking :sleep:

I didnt have anything to connect the hoses together so I plugged them instead.

Looking forward to testing it out tomorrow.

Yeah mine broke off also..
