I had to do a double take. Assumed it was a 6th gen bike with the paint job. On second look it is 5th gen, and the red tank kind of stands out. :biggrin:

Dude, hope you made it through OK! Was that the RWB kit from China on your bike? Hope that you are physically well...the other parts heal quickly enough.

Wasn't me,  but a buddy of mine from the neighborhood. He hit a patch of gravel in some local twisties (218 by west point) and lowsided at like 40 mph. Bike hit a rock wall on the outside of the turn.  
He thankfully walked away with some ruined gear and barely a scratch.  The bike is toast though.  The triangle to which the rear suspension mounts snapped, along with some of the engine mounts.

And yeah...  Those were the Chinese plastics.

Looks like the headlight is still ok. Good thing... they cost almost as much as new set of chinese plastics.

Looks like the mounting tabs are busted off.  But if the lens is intact it could be valuable to someone like me who needs parts...   :rolleyes:
