Thought I'd throw this up for grins. Years back when I took my exhaust off to have coated I couldn't stand the welds on the inside of the pipe, so away they went. I figured it could only help as it was the smallest visable inside diameter of the stock manifold. I couldn't find the pics after it was coated, but man it sure was slippery. I have not had any issues with weakness or cracking the flange since.
