Well ive done a few more things to the bike, thought id shar some pics with you guy. I got new levers, new grips, new pegs, and painted the fairing vent flat black. Also shavedthe seat down about 3 inches and wrapped it with gator.
The bottom pics are of a custom tail section im working on. Its off of a cbr600rr. I made a mold of each side of the stock tail section and glassed it to the cbr one. Just needs a little more work and it will be done. I still have to make some brackets for the rear of the tail section and still need to make a seat..[image: IMG_20120613_120122.jpg] [image: IMG_20120613_120340.jpg] [image: IMG_20120613_115941.jpg] [image: IMG_20120512_180942.jpg] [image: IMG_20120512_180334.jpg] [image: IMG_20120517_185208.jpg]

Nice work, man. Really stands out from other VFRs, I like it a lot.

Good work, Sir, and it's the best colour too! :491:

But... you really need to get some different front confirminators - the stock ones are so dorky!

Where did the 7 spoke rear wheel come from? I've never seen one like that before, truly unique and looks great too!

Thanks for all the positive comments,  i dont want to sound dumb but what is a confirminators? The rim is a 17x7 momo next. I dont like the way the front discs look. I want to get the bigger blacked out ones they have on ebay but dont have the 200 bux right now.I cant wait to get the tail section done. I just started a new job and i work 12 hour shifts so ill have 3 days off one week and 4 the next so ill have alot more time and money for the bike.

Confirminators = signal lights.

But only if you are from NZ. Those upside downers talk funny, eh?

Lol cool, i kind of thought thats what they were but wanted to make sure. Im planning on taking out the stock ones glassing over the holes and adding a piece under the front headlights and installing 2 led bars for the blinkers. But i gotta finish one project at a time lol.

Eep.

They're confirminators around these here parts, because D'Aucklanders rarely use their trafficators/indicators/turn signals. and when they do, it's often just a brief flash, as if to say, "Yup - just confirming I meant to turn / change lanes / pass", thus they're 'confirminators'.

I was going to post a pic of my current confirminators, but apparently I don't have one in my gallery, or on my laptop. So, here's Barney the Barkydog instead.
