This whole article is a waste of space... A real news article would have had the full name of the guy who died, the name of the dealership, the time and date of death, name and company of the 18-wheeler, etc... and usually the name of the writer of the article.
Then the part about the brother "who inherited the bike" has also already died... What was his name? How did he die? If he "inherited" the bike, the older brother must have left it to him in his will... that takes time to determine, so how much time passed between the two deaths? The article makes it seem like a very short amount of time, like hours or days.
Have you ever seen an article written like this? It starts "Moments after purchasing a new Kawasaki Ninja 250R, your friend Pete has already been killed" How does the writer know that it is MY friend Pete. I called my friend, Pete, and it wasn't him!
Then, of course, they put a picture of a live man with a VFR... how does that apply to the article at all???
I think this is a fictional article, kind of like the stories we hear "I had a friend who had a motorcycle and he hit a pebble and died!" Bla bla bla...
I woulda bet your response was satirical. This sealed it for me:

In fairness, there really isn't any disclaimer or anything that clearly states that they are a fake news site (though sometimes it's hard to tell with the political stories).
