Preserve your dignity. Taken yesterday 10/7/12 on Ortega Highway 74.

Nice one! I bet that happens all the time in the N GA mountains. Ton of cyclists up there. And slow cruisers, of course.

A couple of years ago I could keep up with a Boss Hoss on my bicycle through a curvy section. I did not overtake the it as it looked the rider was not very much in control of his monstrosity.

Oh my, was expecting a slo-mo pile up..

A few weeks back I was up in Malibu coming down Tuna Cyn, which at one point is only one way so the road is all yours, there was a bicyclist that was basically on my 6 for the first part but when I stopped at a stop sign, I don't know why it is there as there is no intersection or crosswalk but anyway, the cyclist flew past me and then he was GONE! I was averaging 40 MPH the rest of the way and he was no where to be seen, not even when I got to the bottom of the hill, almost like he was a ghost.

The cruisers around here hold me up frequently. in my pickup, and my bone-stock '64 Falcon. At least when I'n on the VFR I can get around 'em easier. Maybe i should try a 10-speed.

At least respect that the riders were doing their own pace, and not over reaching their, ummm, riding skills.

WOW, I can't remember the last time I did 60mph on my pedal bike...that guy was fast!
#15
Thanks for the uplift, Yuki!  That's funny, I don't care who you are!
#16
My thought at the beginning was "wow, those guys are going slow... how can the possibly crash at that speed?"

HAHA

I've been up in the Black Hills of South Dakota, not during the Sturgis Rally, and have seen a dump truck held up by a group of 4 Harleys.

Hehe...I wasn't expecting that.
