Are These The Right Places To Drill?

Planning to go ahead and drill into the exhaust tomorrow,


if some one has done it before can u suggest the position eg: 12 o clock 6 o clock etc on these pics

A: right top hole

drilling them out as experiment, if it fails i will be moving to After market exhaust later on, Dont want too much sound, just to be bit louder just to capture them for videos

i already bought the extension and drill bit as per the pinned post here, but that post doesnt have the finer details of exactly how deep and position to drill. If some one can help, thx in advance.

looks right, i dont know if you would like the idea but why dont you drill just one hole on each side, record a video of how it sounds like, then drill both. i am thinking about drilling my exhausts but i am not sure because there will be no turning back, stock exhausts are not as cheap like on other bikes.

i am afraid to hate the sound being too loud on the highway for touring use. i ride with a group of all kind of bikes, for me its annoying to be riding behind a loud bike.
