I did a couple small cosmetic mods and just wanted to post the pics. I know you guys like pics. I did the Black bits with vinyl. I made patterns with Blue tape and transferred them to the vinyl and made the cuts. The signal mirrors are relatively new and added the smoke windscreen.

I am considering a high mount pipe and passenger footpeg hanger set removal as well.  That looks good.  The black vinyl is a personal taste thing.

I am iffy on the vinyl at the tank and fairing? It may be gone before spring. Didnt take long and needed something to do. On the rear peg removal. I just unbolted the brackets and made a tiny notch in the under tail plastic to hold the cable that releases the seat. There is a barrel at the end of the cable that is easily pulled on to release the seat. It all can be reinstalled in minutes.

The black vinyl on the tank reminds me of Tech Spec tank pads.  They have the same look and do double duty keeping your legs more secure under braking and cornering with the tank.  I bought a pair and while I love them and know that they work (I have them on my track bike), but I just can't hide all of that beautiful red paint.

Vinyl needs to follow the rear shape of the tank better, and a 2nd stripe below going through the lower part of the fairing vent would balance it out.

Funny you should say that. I removed the vinyl today and that is what I want to do. That upper fairing to tank line at the vents should carry through as well as the lower vent area that runs right to the bottom of the tank and seat.

Thanks

No Frankenstein bolts?   for rear seat cover?

Yeah, they look to be missing. I installed flush fit shoulder bolts in their place.
