I think they are pretty fine exhaust especially for the price. Have a stainless on my 98 VFR and no complaints.
I have the same pipe on my 96 and love it. I started with a D&D, but it was just too loud for my taste. The Delkevic has a just enough of a throaty sound to give the bike a nice low rumble and it comes with a removable baffle if you want a bit more.
Got one on my 2000. Got no complaints. Was a little loud for my tastes without the baffle, but just right with.
