Want To Do 04-06 R1 Usd Forks. Which Parts?

As some of you know I am doing a build project.  The USD fork is something I really want, along with radial brakes.

I gave read of some using the 04-06 R1 forks. What I am not clear on is are they also using the complete triple with a Honda stem or are they mixing and matching lower and upper triples with other Honda parts.  

What about the wheels? Do I need to use spacers?  I am hoping that all I need to change is part of the triple so the whole front end is mostly plug and play. I am sure I can get a complete front end off of the r1 forums.

While I am at it, I want to use a CBR 1000 Hydro clutch. That is plug and play as long as I have a lever right?

The easiest thing to do is to source a set of CBR929 or 954 triples. However, that will require custom +2mm rotor and wheel spacers.

So use the r1 forks I mentioned and swap out the r1 triple for a 954 or 929 triple?  Can you make me the rotor and wheel spacers?  If so can you pm me cost shipped to 84094?

Thanks but I am trying to find the complete front end, with calipers, wheel, and rotors, front brake MC with lever.
