My f1light is flickering when I put headlight and indicator on.seems to be when bike is cold the indicator sticks on but comes okay after short journey.when indicator is turned on the headlight flickers.anyone shed some light on this please.

I have read on this forum about a similar issue like this. Their issue turned out to be a bad ground cluster. Search the forum for burned out or bad ground cluster to read more.

I agree with Miguel, it sounds like a bad ground. What year is the bike?
I would be 99% positive it's a bad ground. Likely to be under the left side fairing. The blue connector under the rubber boot gives trouble. The you need to deal with is the green one. On the very bottom closest to you.
You will need to tap it on to the frame to make a solid ground.

+3 Check all grounds .....
I always check mine in January and this year I lost a stator and rechecked after replacing the stator and found a couple had corroded in about 6 months. Of course I suspect the failing stator had something to do with it but no way to really prove it.
Also the connector to the back of the instrument panel are bad to come loose.
