Apparently we're meant to be in the middle of winter, but today has been magic. I've walked my dog to the local beach for a swim (her, not me), then walked with my wife to a local cafe for morning tea, then taken my two teenage girls to the local electric go-kart track, home for a quick bite of lunch, and then my wife says, " why don't you go for a ride?". Why not indeed! I should add we're in the midst of school holidays, and I have the week off to "mind the children".
