I went the 16 front on my 5th gen, equal to a 46 rear.
I agree, don't much notice the higher revs at highway speeds, but much better on the slow twisty stuff.
It will now lift coming out of a slow first gear corner, I love it.
Yeah, I agree. Mine would lift with the right conditions and effort, but now! Holy crap! and I haven't noticed any additional shifting required or much rpm difference. Even works with stock chain! win win

Supersprox 45 for 60,000 miles on my 03 !!
I've run a few different combos, and settled on -1F,+1R. Real nice pull out of corners, and still has decent revs on highway.
Who sells a 44 Seb ?
Ive been running a 45 rear for years. Definetly better pull out of corners. Vtec used to be at 104mph in sixth. Now its like 90-95. Definetly a bit more revs but worth it.
I can't find them .
I don't remember where I got the 44 rear, sorry.
Sprocket Specialists maybe. it was an odd one but it works out great.
