Does anyone know where I could buy a pre made Stunt Cage for a third gen VFR with no plastics? Normally I'd make one custom but I'm on the other side of the country away from all my tools. The bike is becoming a scrambler type of bike, looking for something to keep components from breaking If I lay it down off-road.
1992 Vfr Stunt Cage?
Yeah, not a popular stunter bike.
GIxxer yes, 3rd gen VFR, no.
I think if you built your own, you would have the only one on the block.
Damn. I was afraid of that. Thought maybe an f4 cage may fit with some minor mods, I'll have to custom fav something then. Obviously not many (if anyone) is stunting the heavy bitches. They're too hard to get up, never intended to pull the front.
Not sure if I'm more baffled that someone would want to stunt an old VFR or that someone wants to scramble an old VFR....
Nobody wants to stunt a vfr. I however think taking the old girl off road will be a blast. (Then again I've always been a tad mental) I'll let you know how it goes. ;)

However, I'm not the first to do it.
Pretty impractical for me living in Memphis, but damn that's cool!!!!
This type of build may be my only alternative for either of my two wrecks. At least I have two donor machines. Thanks for the inspiration
Lol. I've been jumping the bike getting used to its balance before taking her off road. She seems to do quite well. Can't wait to get some dirt on er!
