Short Exhaust Tip (5Th Gen)

I ran into a guy today with a 5th-gen VFR like mine, but he had an exhaust on it unlike any I'd seen on a VFR.  It was similar in length to this one, but with more upward/inward sweep and an internal baffle.  The owner said that it was made by Remus, but I've been unable to find any info at all on it.

  Has anyone seen anything like this, and/or know more about it?  Thanks!

Sounds like something that would bolt to an R-6 which actually has the muffler under the bike.

Also, Remus makes car stuff, so maybe it was an exhaust tip, meant for a car.

That's what I thought too, though he mentioned that it was specifically made for the VFR.  Other than the exhaust tip, the bike had a completely custom exhaust ('00 w/ catalytic converter, 02 sensors, etc.).  You could tell that this was made for the bike too; it had a boss on it with a wee rubber pad where the center stand made contact, just like the OEM pipe.
