not a lot of love for they original VF750F...'60's handing and reliability problems ????....i bought my "83 the day that the issue of Cycle mag arrived with the new Interceptor on the cover...mine was part of the first shipment to the NYC area, my dealer got 3....it handled WAY better than my CB750F or my friends Z1s and GS1100s....reliability....both cylinder heads replaced within first 1000 miles in accordance with recall...new oil feed pipes fixed cam scoring problems....bike now has 36,000 miles on it...hasn't been apart since...still runs great...fires right up...runs strong (due for it's first carb rebuild and clutch plates)
