Anyone come across extenders to raise the mirrors?

I know SW-Motech do some for the FireBlade and that uses similar, if not identical mirrors, but to be honest, they're a bit ugly and push them wider which I don't think I want. Just to raise them up. I will make something if necessary, but thought it likely someone has already done this and is selling them. But I cannot find any.

Anyone know of some?

Yes, but they look awful.

But an awfully nice view of what's behind. I have the SW ones that look very similar to the picture. Without them, I saw mostly my elbows.

Can't believe you guys can't see with the oem mirrors, mine are perfect. You should try a MV F 4 if you think you can't see behind, lol.

No kidding - I have both bikes and the F4 makes you chicken-wing your elbows up two feet just to get a glance at whatever is behind you!

i guess some of us are bigger than others....with my jacket on i see all sleeve in mirror, in short sleeves, my arm blocks half of the mirror

A block of Delrin (?) with holes...fugly. When they contour and color match, I'll pop for a set.

The mirrors on the VFR are identical to the 08+ CBR 1000RR mirrors in fit, only difference is the silver back plating instead of black on the VFR.
