Can Any Euro Riders Help Out With A Lazer Kite Lense?

I really like the looks of the lazer kite helmet. The lumino/transitional transitional would be a great addition butt I just can't get it anywhere in the states at the moment. I think lazer is scaling back their distrubtion to the states. Anyways here is what I'm talking about:

Anyone willing to have me pay them to for the purchase and shipping to the states? Or at least point me to a distributor there that doesn't charge way more + in euros?

I did look around but could not find it at the usual suspects online shops. 

Did find a reference that the visor costs Euro 129..........   (make that ~$150...)

Shipping a small parcel (up to 2 kilo)  from NL to the US  costs from Eur 18 (no tracking) to Eur 26 (tracking and insured up to 500 euro)

You got that right. According to dealer locator function on the manufaturer's website Revzilla is the only dealer in the US.
Quite a few in Europe, I'll make some calls if they have it in store or can order one (and at what price).

I'd still be interested at that price if you'd be able to confirm it's for the lumino and not the "wide angle" transitional. The Kite helmets are only $220 on revzilla and they won't be like that for long! If I can't get that lens though I might as well purchase a shoei.

I called a few and none have it anymore. The dealer locater on the Lazer website apparently is not very accurate. One dealer informed me that Lazer went (sort of) bankrupt a few years ago and he stopped selling Lazer helmets altogether, others only had a few older models left from before Lazer went into crisis, no transiotions faceshield popped up in their inventory list on the computer. Btw Lazer is still operational with the help of the Wallonian government but apparently their dealer network is not what it used to be, as you found out already.

The Transitions website mentions they also make faceshields for Shoei & Bell helmets.

My 1st helmet (in 1981) was a Lazer....

I would only consider a transitional faceshield if I lived somewhere without tunnels.

Again many moons ago I had a set of prescription glasses with "transition". worked great in bright sunlight, but entering a tunnel was "interesting"...

So Dutchy, how viable is this 'reference'? I'm starting to look at shoei qwest and bell star's but those + the transitional lenses are already another $100-200 more even after buying the lens from Europe. I would just really like to have that lens because the type of riding direction I do is going riding west during the evening and then back east at night. Plus on the longer hauls I wouldn't mind just only needing to just carry one as well. I tried on the shoei qwest and while it was comfortable, a bit too round and not my jam.  

I would look for a helmet with a built in sunvisor that can be brought down/up...
