Is the hugger worth the money on my 2015 vfr?

Is it easy to install

Not really worth the money (doesn't actually do anything), but it's very easy to install...just a couple bolts. The instructions say to remove the little original rubber flap that protects the shock, but I left mine there.

Has anyone tried any of the alternatives? Even my Honda dealer appeared to be putting me off buying an original Honda one!
