I saw it last weekend.  Good stuff, except I could have done without the clip of Robert coming off his bike at the NW200.  I had never seen that before and really thought they were going to fade to black before the crash.

It has some rather rare footage of Joey on his RC51 as well.  I am so glad that I once stood right next to Joey, and later saw him race.

Hard to believe Joey has been gone 15 years. I was just watching his onboard tt footage the other day , puts a smile on your face:)

Whoops. I was just editing my post about cleaning my VFR today, and mistakenly thought "Road - the film" was a reference to the spoooge that gets depositied on your bike when riding around in all weathers...

Just watched this after learning that it existed from this thread last week.  Pretty emotional:  The road giveth and the road taketh away.  I was struck though by something one of the journalists who followed the Dunlops for years said.  I'm paraphrasing, but when talking about injuries suffered in crashes he said something like: 'It's a lottery, whether you come off at 40 mph or 140 mph.'  I don't think that's borne out by facts.  While you can definitely get f****d up coming off at 40 mph in the wrong circumstances, everything I've ever read about crashes says at 140 all the forces acting to do evil to your body are multiplied many times.  Good film though.
