I put some Seafoam and let my VFR idle for a half hour. Had to get a new battery and now about 2 hours after idling, the bike won't idle unless I'm cracking the throttle a little. When I turn on the choke the bike dies now, even if I'm holding the throttle.

I think what might help us help you is a little more history. For instance, how many miles does the engine have? When was the last time it was ridden? When was the last time the air filter, oil, spark plugs, etc. were changed? Why did you feel the need to put in Seafoam? I.e. Maintenance or trying to resolve and issue. What type of gas was in the bike? pure? ethanol?
The 92 has carburetors and they can suffer from plugged jets, which is usually because the bike sits for a while or the gas goes bad inside the carbs and plugs the jets. Also, just over time, jets get clogged. The only real way to resolve this is to remove and clean them thoroughly and properly, Seafoam is not enough. Also, based on your write up it sounds like you let the bike idle for 2 hours? Is that what really transpired? 2 hours of just idling?
The bike sat for 7-8 months, the Seafoam was just because it sat. 93 octane pump gas with ethanol. It idled for about a half hour, just trying to get the Seafoam into the carbs. I mention to two hour just to say it wasn't overheated after idling. I took it out for a spin and it was fine today.
