Do you want to remove the tyre from the rim yourself or are you asking how to remove the wheel so you can take it into a tyre dealer?

I do the 2nd. The wheel is easy to remove; remove the nuts and pull the wheel off. The OEM exhaust end can may get in the way but again, that is easy to move out of the way.

I have never & will never remove a tyre myself - too much chance of damaging the rim.

If you want to remove the tyre as opposed to just the wheel, I can point you to a few "how to do it" links and the tools you need.  Just let me know.  It can be done so you don't damage the rim, but chances are if you are not a professional you will chip up the edges unless you are willing to invest in the proper equipment.
