This is a long shot, I know, but the frustration level with my '90 has me thinking outside the box. In an effort to eliminate or isolate, once and for all, the carbs as the culprit, I would like to borrow a running carb set for a 1990-93 VFR750. I can have it mounted and tested in about half an hour. If anyone can help I'm in the Chicago, IL area near the WI border. Here's a link to my thread on this issue:

Can't you buy a cheap set off Ebay then sell on at cost?
I've been trying, but the only promising lead is from a CA model. Still looking.
