OK, looking over my new bike, besides missing the clips to hold down o ring for tool bag it looks like the there is supposed to be screws on radiator guard on top ? Please LMK if there is something supposed to be there and what kind are they ?

No, that's how it's supposed to be. Without looking at my bike right now, I think there are two lower screws to remove, then you either pull out on the guard to unhook those tabs or slide it up, then out.
While on topic , how do you access radiator cap ? I'd like to add water wetter which always seems to help my bikes.
