My 2K VFR sat for a few years. The bike was working fine and no problems with the analog and digital display, it only needed a new chain and sprocket. I have got the chain and sprocket installed, new battery and flushed all fluids. Analog display works fine but no digital display. Checked all fuses and no problems. Any help or advice would be helpful.

Corroded plain wires on the back of the instrument cluster are a common problem. Diassembly it and check those wires for continuity.
The PCB on the back of the clocks is exposed to the elements and do corrode. Mines done it and sounds like yours has. There is a great repair instruction thread somewhere . Google is your friend here. Good luck
