Rigth now i make a valve clearence service (40000km) and found one intake valve out of specifikation, so now i follow haynes manual. but i ran in a problem mabye one of you have a tip..
i remove bolts on both bearing caps but i can´t lift it off ?
any idea how to get them free?
Usually, just give them a light sideways tap from both sides if you can with a hammer just to loosen the very snug fit to the dowels... I have a plastic head hammer for such things.

You lift them off with two finger, just like the picture shows. IF that doesn't work I might try tapping it with a hammer while gently lifting it with a pair of vice grips.
