Any speculation on if the Summer Summit for 2021 will happen? I missed the 2018 Sum Sum and was really looking forward to the 2021 event. Then that thing happened that put a major crimp on just about everything. I’m keeping my fingers crossed and my schedule open just in case.
PLEASE enlighten me on what the future might be for the 2021 event!
Given that the organizer of the event lives in Canada and it's not at all clear that the border will be open by then, if at all in '21, it seems very unlikely. Anything (vaccine?) can happen tho . . .
Didit was in Vancouver a little while ago and spoke with Axle and Tammy, said the Covid has made 2021 out of reach probably 2022 at the soonest.
That makes sense. Even if we get a viable vaccine by the end of the year, broad distribution may be difficult, and will take a good part of 2021. I did my part, I'm a Stage 3 Moderna guinea pig. I don't have the science skills to do anything else.
