I installed a set of Race Tech springs yesterday and ran into an issue. After emptying the old oil and flushing with a solvent, I then filled the slider, fully compressed, spring out, with the recommended max fluid amount - 457cc. Then the manual says the fluid should be 130 mm from the top of the fork. It wasn’t so I had to add another 45cc to get it to 130 from the top.
What’s right? The amount of fluid or distance from the top?

Yep, height. But make sure you have cycled the fork a few times to distribute the oil before setting final level.
