All 20- Lane Splitting W/luggage I used to split all the time with OEM bags, never rubbed. They ARE slightly wider that the mirrors, plus cars are wider toward the middle, so I would flare my knees out to the width of the bags, therefore if I felt…
- Birth Of The 7th Generation Interceptor? So Honda really IS in bed with Yamaha. Can anyone say SSA-equipped R6? I guess they just really miss Rossi now that he's winning. Maybe next year's concept will look like a Duc?
- Do I Need A Steering Dampner? IHilker has one on his '02, but he's more on the "Sport" end of sport touring. Fortunately for you the silver one isn't fast enough to warrant a steering damper. Now if you had purchased a red one... :wheel: :goofy:
- Ebay Fairing Kits A guy at bike night has one on his 1000RR and loves it. I checked it out and the fitment is spot-on. I'm still a little skeptical becuase it is Ebay, but I'm thinking about it as a track set.
- My New Mods W/ Pics Love the windscreen and the exhaust tips. That thing will sound mean. Hate the exhaust piping. Quick, paint it black before bike night.
- Compare What Was Predicted To What We Have Oooo, I like the front end much better on the concept. Makes me want to try a 954RR headlight swap.
- Catalytic Converter Removal [image: View Post]SOTY, on May 18 2008, 10:11 PM, said: Perhaps you should consider replacing the OEM Cat instead of removing it entirely? Take a look at this article. Sure, it's for a car, but I'd imagine the Viffer's…
- Me So Horny. Good thing they're not airhorns. I could just imagine the "covers" inflating on the highway.
- New Yoshimura Vtec Exhaust! I was so lookin forward to hearin those Yosh sing. The video is down tho. I do have to say those pipes look good on the bike. It really looks like they could have been made for the Viffer. I would maybe like to see them…
- New Yoshimura Vtec Exhaust! Really Nice work with the Yoshis. Congratulations on getting it all done!, but that vertically mounted reg tag looks really bad IMO. I thought only "Hardly" riders do that kind of thing! Beck 95 VFR Hey, I like the…
- Vfr1 :-) Wow! Nice job. Hearing you talk about the handling of the R1 front end gets me thinking about my bike. Very cool. Although, to call it a VFR1, you need to get my adapter pipe and run a Yoshimura R1 exhaust. That way,…
- New Yoshimura Vtec Exhaust! Alright, first let me apologize to everyone for this dragging out so long. There have been <cough> issues that I don't want to get into. Now on to the good news, IT'S DONE!!!!!!!!!!! It sounds better than I expected and…
- New Yoshimura Vtec Exhaust! Yeah, my wife called me at work the day the collector arrived. I almost bailed early. As soon as I got home the exhaust was off and I was fitting. The wife was a little upset as she was planning to go riding, and came…
- New Yoshimura Vtec Exhaust! Check it out! First pipe is fitted, I need one U-bend to complete the second, but I now have correct diameters. Thanks to Metalhedd for the collector! [image: Posted Image] [image: Posted Image] [image:…
- New Yoshimura Vtec Exhaust! Well I finally got around to postin some pics of just the Laser mid-pipe. There's plenty to look at so you should be able to see every angle. This mid-pipe basically splits 1-into-2 right after the cat and leaves you…
- New Yoshimura Vtec Exhaust! Well, I finally got a reply from Hindle (after a week). They don't have any pics or specs about the midpipe, just the material used. Weak sauce! I'm not about to spend $400 on something that I'm not sure will fit.…
- New Yoshimura Vtec Exhaust! I have an extra mid-pipe from Laser's newest Extreme exhaust that's never been used. It's basically a 1-into-2 stainless steel midpipe from the cat. Could work perfect for this project. I'll take a pic of it and post it…
- New Yoshimura Vtec Exhaust! Thanks for the head's up on the Hindle midpipe. I just submitted an e-mail requesting specs. Pricing doesn't appear to be too bad ($400 CAD), I excepted to pay ~ $300US anyway. I checked out the Leo Vince. It looks kind…
- New Yoshimura Vtec Exhaust! [image: View Post]tinyminds, on May 12 2007, 10:14 PM, said: Hmm, why no take the factory exhaust and cut the midpipe off? Would probably be your cheapest route even if you bought a used set on ebay in case you didn't…
- New Yoshimura Vtec Exhaust! Scroll down near the bottom of page 1 for finished photos. Being a former Yosh intern, I have some biased brand loyalty. Shortly after I purchased my VFR, I started pricing exhausts. Much to my dismay, Yosh does not…
