That's an Indigo exhaust for a '94-'97 VFR750, no longer in production.
It belongs to Murray from Australia who is fitting it to his bike. He's adapting the Indigo header to a WOLF underseat slipon.
Here's his profile, maybe he can give you more info, but the Indigo system is definetly long out of production:
