1994 Fork Spring Recomendation

Its That Time For Fork Maintenance on my 1994 VFR750F and I was wondering if someone had a reliable sourse for the following NEW parts:

Front Fork Springs: I looking for something that will minimize dive while still for regular road use,,
PS: fork fluid weight and amounts would be freatly appreciated also:


Rear Chain & Sproket kit. Front and rear,,, Cheep is good here,,


Front and rear blare pads


Any Help Appreciated...

Get some HyperPro springs, best upgrade you can make. They work really well on the VFR.

I would recommend Race Tech springs and new 10wt fork oil and seals. You can go on Race Tech site and shoose the springs to match your riding style and weight. It helps alot with the nose dive. For chains I recommend the RK X-oring chain and steel sprockets. I like using factory brake pads myself as they have never let me down but others have used after market ones but you always compromise something. You also will want to flush out all your clutch and brake fluid so you might as well add stainless lines to the brakes and clutch system. FLush your cooling system out, change your plugs and set your valve lash if its time and a new air filter. Brian

I live close enough to RaceTech so I removed my front forks and dropped them off for the full treatment. New springs, oil, emulators. It's been a few years, I don't recall the cost. I just told them my weight and the type of riding I do and they took care of the rest. I'm pretty happy with the results.

You neglected to state total mileage on your bike??
check out your upper and lower bushings for wear....i think racetech makes good quality new ones, easy to change.
