Hello Peoples,
My partner has been hopping on the back lately but finds the pegs are to high for her and she gets pains in the top of her leg. So just wondering if anyone on here has come up with a way of dropping the pillion pegs down an inch or so. If she's happy then I'm happy :laughing6-hehe:
Howdy,
My wife would raise a the same complaint after a couple of hours. I got a new set of passenger pegs from Twisted Throttle. They helped a lot, but I was worried that I would drag her toe before my peg feeler, when the were set at the lowest position. I have the pegs set farther forward and not as low now. There is a lot of adjustment in the system. Hope this helps.

Yes, you can add lowering pegs since the mounting is the same.
A couple things though -
1. If you put front pegs on the passenger mounts, they won't have the ball detent, so you won't be able to fold them up.
2. If you put front pegs on the passenger mounts, and don't add the spring that the front pegs have, then the pegs will flop about as you ride w/o passenger. (so buy a couple of those oem springs along w/ the pegs).

Not a bad option, will keep an eye out still to see what else is around, maybe with rubber tops.
