Yes, just remove both side panels, remove mirrors and windshield, remove front nose, remove 3 nuts that hold cluster on and wala you can replace the light!
I think the 5th gen bike is similarly "easy".
I don't notice dead bulbs on the dash in the day, I rarely ride at night. So, no problem.
If you go in there, might as well replace them all while you're at it. :idea3:
