If I take it i must sell my heavily farkled 98 too...
That is a decent OTD price for the VFR1200F in California and a really good price for VFR1200FD.

I just paid $13,399 plus tax in IL. Others wanted about $14,500 plus tax. There are several in this area and as we move in winter, my guess the prices will get better.
When in for oil and filter in a bay area shop today. 1200F sitting in the front window for $15,999 on the tag. They'd prbably deal a little.

I'd keep the 98...buy a used adventure bike for $6000, then take the wifey on a nice trip with the last $3k!

Wow! Guess I just stole mine. $14,300 OTD for a VFR1200 DCT with 1 mile on it. I'm in PA.
I saw a couple on craigslist for around $14,500 .
