I agree!!! Even I had to read some of the same posts twice!!! I guess everyone is out Xmas shopping, right?
If people don't show up, we'll have to start another one of them hobbit threads... :pissed: you know, the one with pics of helmets and gloves and boots only??!? Sigh.

Took the weekend off from the various forums I'm on, riding and otherwise.

With the snow having started here (unusual to have this much in NE Ohio this early in winter) my riding season is done, which may or may not affect how much time I spend on VFRD!

Hobbit's! Yay! :cheerleader: Hey, gotta do something during winter.

When I get home tonight, I'll see what kind of creative scenario I can come up with for the hobbits.

It seems slower than last year... I'd think it would be more active since there's less riding... but as Wheatie said.... It's called "workin' retail during the Holidays.

A big thanks for that!

Yes, notice that too. Maybe it's because of "polar shifts" with the 7th gen bike......
Uhmmm.. previous gen owners do not have much to say when questions about things like differential oil drain plugs and questions on DCT is asked. Just not enough 7th gen owners yet to keep the "buzz" going as much as it was when there was a bit more commnality with the different VFR gens.
Add to that normal "attrition" and people that just moved on to other bikes/brands plus the slow sales of new VFRs make it generally slow.....and the end of most people's 2010 riding season because of winter.......

My hobbit's been spending his time around our pool - since it's summer here and his Viffer has some electrickery problems

He looks a bit lopsided in this happy family photo - most probably because he's been drinking some rum and cokes

I haven't been around for a while. I have been prepping for family visiting my place for a few months, then they came, then some more came, then one more wave. I'm done with all that......... ahh holiday traffic is still coming.

Looks like thing haven't changed much.

I should be riding, but even though the streets are clear, when I leave for work it's been frigid the last week or so.

I'm getting psyched up to tear down the 1KR this winter. Although I think I clean it more than i ride it. :laughing6-hehe:

Nerding, teaching, writing, in no particular order. Ogling RC-51s, Triumphs, and the new ST-ish Ninja (which I like. Too bad it's a Kaw!).
